I'm Melissa. I'm into helping others grow in the likeness of Christ through Biblical literacy. Even though I failed first grade reading and could not write a proper essay until college, they still let me teach middle schoolers. Sometimes I share my favorite snacks with my husband and kids because my snack options usually turn out better than dinner. Our family of five enjoys seeing new places on two wheels even when I forget my riding shoes and take to the trails in my Birkenstocks.
Establishing a rhythm of grace in everyday life became a necessity after experiencing the death of our daughter. And I realized the importance of understanding what the Word said about suffering and child loss. Sitting with friends worked in me as a balm, so we journeyed together seeking these truths throughout the whole of the Bible. My passion was quickly established: to equip women to read their Bible confidently as they grow in Christ.
