I'm Melissa. I'm passionate about helping women increase their Bible fluency by equipping them with Bible literacy tools. Someone once guided me, and now I desire to help others on their journey. Despite failing first-grade reading and not writing a proper essay until college, I now teach English Language Arts to middle schoolers. At home, I enjoy sharing my favorite snacks with my family of five. Let's be honest, the snacks often turn out better than dinner. Our family loves exploring new places on two wheels, porch-sitting, and playing games together.
Establishing a rhythm of grace in everyday life became crucial for me after experiencing the devastating loss of our daughter. Understanding suffering is a lifelong endeavor which highlights the importance of knowing what the Word says about it. Sitting with friends became a balm for my heart and together we journeyed through the Bible in my living room. Engaging in women's Bible study led to the development of practical Bible literacy tools. The passion to equip other women to read their Bible fluently is a priority for me.
